    When resting, just rest, when eating, just eat
  • MINDFUL EATING PAUSE AND BREATHE
    Savour food slowly, explore diff. textures and flavours
  • SCAN YOUR BODY
    Relax any areas of tension, pause, stretch, and breathe; honour your body’s signals
  • PAUSE AND BREATHE
    Do quick breathing techniques; breathe in, hold your breath, breathe out

 

The benefits get bigger but these small actions add up. The transformation begins with your decision.
